Consultations are delivered online, allowing you to access specialist menopause expertise from your home or workplace, without the need for travel.
BMS Registered Menopause Specialists
Menopause Care was founded by Dr Naomi Potter in 2019 to improve access to specialist menopause expertise and raise standards of care for women experiencing hormonal change. Today, our service brings together one of the most experienced menopause focused clinical teams in the UK.
Our clinicians include GPs, consultants, nutrition and lifestyle medicine specialists, with access to psychological therapies that can support mood, sleep, anxiety and overall wellbeing.
Hormonal change can affect physical health, emotional balance and mental clarity. Many women describe feeling unlike themselves, noticing changes in energy, confidence, sleep or mood. More than 70 percent of women report symptoms that affect daily life, yet specialist guidance can still be difficult to access. Our service was created to change this experience through clarity, compassion and clinical expertise.

Our approach may include:
- Reviewing your current HRT type, dose and delivery method
- Exploring whether adjustments could improve symptom control
- Considering testosterone therapy when appropriate
- Discussing non hormonal alternatives if preferred
- Advising on supplements or supportive therapies
- Arranging blood tests when helpful
Everything is explained in clear, accessible language so you feel informed and confident in your decisions.
Your Specialist Consultation
Your consultation provides a confidential and supportive space to talk openly about:
- Your symptoms and how they are affecting daily life
- Menstrual and reproductive history
- Family and general health
- Lifestyle, sleep and routines
- Previous treatments
- What matters most to you moving forward
We take time to explain what may be happening hormonally and why symptoms can change or overlap. There is no judgement. Your care is shaped entirely around your needs and preferences.
You will receive a detailed clinic letter summarising your consultation and treatment plan, suitable for your records or for sharing with your GP. Many women choose follow up appointments to review progress and adjust treatment over time.
